The University of Notre Dame.
Even for those who didn’t go there, that name immediately impacts most people. Whether it’s the beautiful campus, the storied football team, or a 1993 movie starring a certain hobbit… people are drawn to Notre Dame.
Which is exactly why we ourselves were so excited when Lisa and Leo asked us to be a part of their wedding… it would be such a fun opportunity to film around all that history! Little did we know that one of the best things about Notre Dame was the love story that was about to unfold before us.
It took 10 years for the day to get here, so it was unbelievably fitting that Lisa and Leo’s wedding would take place where it all began. On a beautiful summer day, family and friends (clergy included!) traveled from all around the country to South Bend, IN to watch them exchange their vows at the breathtaking Basilica of the Sacred Heart and celebrate with them at South Bend Country Club. And what a celebration it was!
Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Colon! You’re FINALLY married! ;-)
