The holiday season is a time for traditions, spending time with family, celebrating love… all things that can also be said for a wedding! And Lauren and Mike’s lakeside wedding was a day that incorporated these elements flawlessly.
They chose to be married at the bride’s family lake house – where many important events had taken place previously (including the couple’s first kiss!) And having the bride’s brother in law perform the ceremony allowed for sweet storylines and commentary that only someone who knew them well could pull off :)
Plus, when the bride has her own jewelry and life and style blog (lauren-loves.com/elisabethashlie.com), you know that the tiniest details will be on point – especially when they were executed to a T by the talented teams at Shannon Gail Weddings and Events and Revel Decor.
We feel so lucky that we were able to play a small part in capturing a day that was years in the making for these two high school friends-become-lovers, and are so thankful for the amazing team that brought it to life!
